  1. An original invoice is required to access Return, Exchange, and Warranty services.
  2. The item must be in its original packaging.
  3. Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase, while exchanges can be made within 5 days.
  4. The device must remain in its original condition, free of scratches or signs of misuse. It must be returned with its original packaging, box, user manuals, and accessories.
  • A 30% restocking fee plus shipping cost will be deducted from the original price. The sender is responsible for covering the guaranteed return shipping costs.
  1. Purchases made via Credit Card or PayPal are not eligible for cash refunds.
  2. Accepting shipment from the shipping company confirms that the package was received in excellent, sealed condition.
